It's so important to have a professional who understands your needs during a home search and Jeff is very intuitive being able to pick up on exactly what was and was not working for us to fine tune our search. We also had a bad experience with a seller and Jeff maneuvered our position and negotiations in such a way I was never worried as long as Jeff was on our side--and eventually he was able to get us out of a really bad situation (this was completely due to the seller's agent and seller not being truthful about the listing). The only negative side I can say is that he found us a house too quickly because I wanted to spend more time hanging out with Jeff!
